Quick and Easy Recipe - Beef Picadillo with Spinach Soup
Preparation time : 10 to 15 minutes
Cooking time : 10 to 15 minutes
Serving size : up to 6

Ingredients :

6 cups of water.
2 tablespoons of cooking oil.
1 large onion (diced).
1 large potato (diced).
1 carrot (diced).
1 cup of spinach leaves (trimmed).
1/2 head garlic (crushed).
1/2 a kilo of ground beef.

Procedure :

1. Heat your cooking oil, and saute onions until translucent, in a wok or casserole. (about two minutes) Add in garlic and saute until fragrant.

2. Saute ground beef until brown. Add potatoes, water, and carrots. Partly cover and let simmer until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. (about 10 to 15 minutes).

3. Add spinach leaves and heat through (about a minutes or two) or until leaves become bright green.
