Quick and Easy Recipe - Asparagus with Lemon

Ingredients :

250 grams fresh asparagus spears.
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil.
Lemon juice.

Procedure:

1. Trim your asparagus, cutting off the hard tips. Dry well after rinsing.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and fry the asparagus over medium heat until tender, 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the thickness of asparagus and the heat of the flame.

3. Arrange asparagus on a serving dish and drizzle with lemon juice.

4. (optional) Sprinkle salt if desired.
