Quick and Easy Recipe - Vegetable Sticks with Salmon Dip
Preparation time : 17 minutes
Serving size : 4 to 6

Ingredients for Vegetable Sticks :

1 bunch of celery stalks
1 medium carrot
1 medium cucumber
1 medium jicama

Procedure :

1. Cut all of the vegetables into two inch sticks.

2. Arrange the vegetables on a serving plate. (Optional: You may chill the vegetables if you like)

Ingredients for the Salmon Dip :

1 tablespoon tomato ketchup.
1 213-gram can of pink salmon. (drained)
1/2 cup sour cream.
1/4 cup chopped onion.
Salt and pepper.

Procedure for the Dip :

1. Pick off any pins and bones from the Salmon.

2. Using your food processor or blender, mix/blend the salmon, ketchup, onion, and sour cream. Mix/blend until texture of the dip turns into a smooth paste. Add salt and pepper.

3. Serve with vegetables.
